E-Franck early Pianomusic
Eduard Franck born in Breslau/Germany (1817-1893) and Student of Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy begins composing with pianistic ambitious romantic pianopieces. Except the short lyrical piece op.3,2 recorded by James Tocco for a New York Radiostation none of them were recorded before. Here are 22 pianopieces from op. 1,2,3,5 and 7 recorded with a sampled Breslauer Berndt-Grandpiano from 1848, from the "Mendelssohnhaus" in Leipzig/Germany. (A parallele Recording on a sampled modernen Fazioli grandpiano is here.)
